Shipping
Stock orders ship from Tampa, Florida. We ship worldwide, by UPS through ShipStation, at the service selected for the order.
- Domestic deliveries typically arrive in three to seven business days
- International deliveries typically arrive in one to two weeks, often sooner
- Shipping is charged at carrier rates and shown at checkout before you pay
- Larger rollouts are scheduled with you so clubs are not left waiting on partial deliveries
On international orders the customer is the importer of record. Any duties, import taxes and customs charges are payable by the customer on arrival and are not included in the price or the shipping shown at checkout.
Returns
We do not offer general returns. If something has gone wrong with your order, tell us and we will look at it. Returns are at our discretion, case by case.
Nothing here affects rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you are.
Warranty
If you have experienced a defect in your Adonai Fitness Engineering rope cable attachment, please complete this form to submit your warranty replacement request. All Adonai products are backed by a full 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. Please note that claims related to theft, loss, or mysterious disappearance of product are not covered under this warranty. Our team will review your submission and respond within 3 business days.
Terms of sale
Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown at the time of order. Tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is due at checkout unless separate account terms have been agreed with us in writing.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer on delivery to the carrier.
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue or loss of use of equipment.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Florida have jurisdiction.
Commercial accounts are set up individually. Account pricing and payment terms are agreed directly rather than published here.
Privacy
We collect what we need to take an order and get it to you: your name, contact details, delivery and billing address, and what you ordered. We use it to process and ship the order and to answer you. We do not sell it. It passes through the services that run the shop, which are our store and CRM, tax calculation, shipping, and our payment provider, who handles card details so they never reach us. The site uses the cookies the shop and your cart need to work.
